Natchaug is a very beautiful park with lots of day camping areas plenty of picnic tables but you need to get there early because it fills up quick
Well we didn't go to this park, but we saw a lot of the woods in this area, ponds and many birds, lovely area!
Great place for bird watching and fishing on Hampton's "Pine Acres Lake". There are spots along the lake's edge to view possible sightings of ducks, geese, and the occasional Great Blue Heron that visit the area. Many trails are also hidden inside the forest along with many old foundations from the past.
Beautiful forest with hiking trails, fishing spots, and picnic areas. Certain areas have outhouse style bathrooms. Lots of trails suitable for horses and nearby Silvermine horse camp
We are going this week end- maybe! Looking for something to do in the area. I gave a five star in advance.
